(All orders are processed within 1 business day right after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information period) 

DELIVERY

A) How does the delivery process work?

  • Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
  • Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
  • Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Then, your item is shipped to your location.
  • In case your address falls into a location that is not served by our delivery partners, Dweep Sara team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.
  •   B) What is the estimated delivery time?

Our aim is to ship the products as soon as possible as . All products are in stock at our warehouse(Canada)& ready for delivery !! 
(At Checkout, will give you option of various shipping services , you can choose any based on how urgent you need your order according to your requirements) 

 Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.

Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.       
                                                          
 C) Can I track my order?

Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Dweep Sara with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can also simply click “Track Order” and enter the tracking id to check where your order has reached or how long will it take to get delivered.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

A) Do you provide shipping all over Canada ?

Yes, We do deliver all over Canada with Various  Shipping Services (Standard , Expedited , Express & Priority)  Customer can choose any Shipping services according to your requirement at checkout (will show various option with delivery date). Also we do all Local Delivery in 48hours !

B)Is there a option of local pick up ?

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and will be ready for pick up Same Day ! We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

 C)Which locations do you ship your products?

 Dweep Sara ships Worldwide so you can receive your order in any corner of the country within the confines of your home.

D) Are there any shipping charges?

Yes, we charge a nominal shipping fee on orders less the 50CAD. Which is calculated automatically around 15CAD only and will be added at the payment page before completing the purchase. Shipping is free on all order above 50CAD.

 E)How are orders packaged? 

We go an extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage. 

F)Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have processed (shipped) your order, by contacting our customer support team at info@dweepsara.com within 12 hours so that, we can edit address on time , before dispatch.
